Privacy Policy
TopCog games may collect and share generic information from your device (e.g., what is your phone model, how often do you open up the game) with mobile apps platforms (i.e., Google and/or Apple), Ad Networks and Install Attribution services for purposes of showing ads and marketing the game (e.g., UnityAds, IronSource, Facebook, AppsFlyer), and cloud-based Games SaaS such as PlayFab for purposes of hosting cloud saves and facilitating mulitplayer.  TopCog may collect and analyze aggregate data about user actions to help improve gameplay experiences (e.g., what shop items are the most popular, how far does the average player get in a game, how long do matches last).

Terms of Service
-You agree to follow all applicable laws.
-You agree to abide by the Terms of Service of the mobile app platform where you obtained the game.
-You agree that any In-App-Purchases made have no real monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
-You agree not to bot or otherwise try to abuse or exploit the game's economies.
-You agree that TopCog reserves the right to issue temporary or permanent bans to your cloud-based account at our discretion.
-You agree that video games are awesome! :-D
